Directing the film is Paul Feig who previously directed Reboot Ghostbusters, Spy, The Heat, and Episode of the Office. Chainani has been given credit because he also wrote a scenario for the film, with David Magee. Malia Scotch Marmo, a screenplay writer Hook has also been given a writing credit.
